Local surgeon at Anoka General Hospital 2nd Newest member of the Annui Council Goal A secondary character, but plays in pivotal scene of revealing rare blood type to Rick.

Physical Description
Short side of 5’5” slender White hair Blue eyes One eye larger than other.

Personality
Loves mysteries, reads voraciously, not emotionally attached to anyone in town. Look for love interest in book 2 from replacement of deceased Annui council member and someone who takes over the flower shop. A young niece of Agatha.

Surgeon Doctor

Habits/Mannerisms
Stands on tiptoes to appear taller. Direct gaze, rarely blinks and that really bothers people. Tendency to wear her doctors coat out of hospital. 

Background
Grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, without a present father, but living with her bi-polar mother.  Her father was in CIA... according to her mother. 

Internal Conflicts
Struggles with being enough. Always trying to be more, be better, be perfect.  She cannot allow any flaws, faults, or errors. 

External Conflicts
In Book 3 she discovers, through working with Abigail, how to manipulate DNA so that anyone can access supernatural abilities.

Notes
I am pretty sure she will grow and develop into a more active character and perhaps even appear in second series, the Witching Tree.
